Proviso Township Board of Trustees met Dec. 7.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162, on Monday, December 7, 2020.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present by means of audio conference: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Attorney Michael R. Durkin. Also, physically present were Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams.
3.) DECLARATION by Supervisor Corrigan that, pursuant to Public Act 101-0640, an in-person Meeting is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 disaster declaration by Governor Pritzker.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROV AL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on November 18, 2020. Roll Call Vote #1

5) APPROV AL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for November 16, 2020 – November 30, 2020 Roll Call Vote #2

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT

8) OLD BUSINESS
A. Supervisor’s Report – Warrants approved. Governor’s highlights attached. Board agreed to have the holiday meeting after the holidays. Remote meetings until further notice. Started construction on building in Bellwood. Water main break at the building and is under repair.
Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees Approve The GA Warrants for September and October 2020.
