1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, and Attorney Michael R. Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on October 21, 2020. Roll Call Vote #1

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan. Nays: None

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Special Board Meeting held on October 26, 2020. Roll Call Vote #2

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for October 16, 2020 – October 31, 2020 Roll Call Vote #3

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT

A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. Employee diagnosed with COVID in Transportation and Handyman department. The building is closed for two weeks. Aging care donation received coverage in magazine.
B. Clerk’s Report – October birth and death numbers provided
C. Trustee’s Report – None
D. Elected Officials Report – Markham court house closed due to COVID. It is unknown when they will reopen.
E. Staff Report – None
9) NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
B. Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees Approve a Resolution Determining the Estimated Property Tax to be Levied for the Proviso Township Mental Health Commission for the 2020 Tax Year in the Amount of $4,534,658.00
