Village of Bellwood Village Board met Dec. 16.

iii Item J - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a recommendation of pertaining to Petitioner’s request to exceed the allowable space in the backyard due to the construction of an addition to the home,

iv Item K - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a recommendation of pertaining to Petitioner’s request to install 2 signs on the front of the building and 3 signs on the south facing frontage,

v Item L - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a recommendation of pertaining to Petitioner’s request to exceed the allowable space in the backyard due to the construction of a garage,

ii Item C - The Village of Bellwood previously entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement providing for grant funds to the Village costs incurred as a result COVID-19 the parties wish to amend the agreement to provide for additional grant funds,

iii Item F - The agreement engages Sikich, LLP for the purpose of performing an audit of the Village’s financial records,

ii Item H - The attached Agreement provides for a renewal of an existing agreement with Nyhart to provide actuarial analysis of the Village’s respective pension funds including the Village’s Police and Fire pension funds,
