Westchester home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Westchester fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,250 - a 1% decrease over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Westchester in September 2019.
