Proviso Township Board of Trustees met Aug. 19.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustee Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, and Attorney Durkin.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on August 3, 2020.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for August 1, 2020 – August 15, 2020.

A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. Youth Services department report presented.
Also, Lorenzo put together a proposal for Youth Services. Jim Goumas, Hancock Engineering, discussed the Westdale Gardens project. The work will begin midSeptember to mid-November.

D. Elected Officials Report – Cook County Assessor might open soon, they will keep us informed.

A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.

A Resolution Approving and Ratifying the Execution of a Grant Agreement with the State of Illinois Department of Public Health.
