Village of Franklin Park Zoning Board of Appeals met March 4. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

1. The regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. A quorum was present. Bruce Boreson, Jenny Corral, Rhonda Santana, Frank Grieashamer, Kathy Mennella, Wayne Bernacki, Chairman Mark Cwik, Lisa Manzo (Secretary), Matt Welch (Village Attorney), and Nick Walny (Village Planner). All members were present.

3. Member Grieashamer made a motion to accept the minutes of February 5, 2020. The motion was seconded by Member Mennella and approved to place them on file as presented.

4. Member Grieashamer made a motion to accept the transcripts of the scheduled meeting from December 5, 2018. The motion was seconded by Member Mennella and approved to place them on file as presented.

5. Old Business: ZBA 19-11

Member Grieashamer made a motion to remove ZBA 19-11 for the property commonly known as 9501 Franklin Avenue per staff request from the agenda at this time. Member Mennella seconded the motion All in favor. Motion carried.

6. New Business: None.

7. Public Comment: None.

9. A motion was made by Member Grieashamer to adjourn the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. It was seconded by Member Mennella. All in favor. Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
