Western Springs home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Western Springs fell by $99,000 while total sales decreased by 46%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 15.7% decrease over the $629,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Western Springs in the first half of 2019.
