Berwyn home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Berwyn rose by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 37.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $220,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 308 homes sold in Berwyn in the first half of 2019.
