Northlake home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Northlake rose by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 24% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Northlake in the second quarter of 2019.
