2. CASE #PZA20-0002: Consideration of a Variance
b. To consider granting a Variance to reduce the front yard setback from the minimum required 25’ to 15’ from the property line for the construction and installation of a new roof structure over an existing deck/patio at the subject property 10901 Joliet Road.
