Hinsdale (Cook County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Hinsdale in Cook County fell by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $720,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $820,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hinsdale in the first quarter of 2019.
