A. LICENSE (Business, Liquor, Ordinances, Utilities, and General Permits) Chr. Diaz, Klug, Deegan

1. An Ordinance of the Village of Schiller Park, Cook County, Illinois, Approving the Transfer of the Current Class B Liquor License Held by Schiller Gas & Food Inc to SGM Gas and Food LLC in Operation of the Establishment Located at 9201 W. Irving Park Road.

2. An Ordinance of the Village of Schiller Park, Cook County, Illinois, Amending Section 110.34 of Title Eleven of the New Millennium Code of the Village of Schiller Park Increasing the Number of Class W Liquor Licenses for Issuance to Bacci Café & Pizzeria on Milwaukee Ave. Inc.

3. An Ordinance of the Village of Schiller Park, Cook County, Illinois, Approving the Transfer of the Current Class P Liquor License Held by Four Seasons Co D/B/A 7-Eleven Food Store Inc to 7-Eleven Inc. D/B/A 7-Eleven #30119J in Operation of the Establishment Located at 9753 W. Irving Park Road.

B. PUBLIC WORKS (Streets, Water, Storm Water, Engineering, Fleet/Building Maintenance) Chr. Klug, Diaz, Golembiewski

1. Motion to Approve Triggi Construction as the Lowest Responsible and Responsive Bidder for the 2020 Alley Improvement project in the Amount of $599,872.00, in Accordance with and pursuant to the Project Engineering Specifications, and Authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to Execute the Necessary Documents and Undertake such Action to Effectuate Same.

2. Motion to Approve a Construction Engineering Services Agreement from Hancock Engineering in the amount of $69,000.00 for the 2020 Alley Improvements project and Authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to Execute the Necessary Documents and Undertake Such Action to Effectuate Same.

3. Motion to approve a proposal from Rosborough Partners for grass mowing services in the amount of $19,134.00 and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

4. Motion to approve a proposal from Energenecs in the Amount of $20,900.00 for various SCADA improvements and to authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

5. Motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation and approve a funding resolution for the Village’s share of the proposed Irving Park Road at Judd Street traffic signal in the amount of $20,575.00, and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

6. Motion to approve Chicagoland Paving as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for the 2020 CDBG Scott Street Resurfacing project in the amount of $285,000.00, in accordance with and pursuant to the project engineering specifications, and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

7. Motion to approve a construction engineering services agreement from Hancock Engineering in the amount of $103,000.00 for the 2020 Water Main Improvements, Phase 1 project and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

8. Motion to approve a design engineering proposal from Hancock Engineering in the amount of $30,000.00 for the Irving Park Viaduct Drainage Improvements project and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

9. Motion to approve a quote from Seiler Geospatial Division in the amount of $11,459.70 to purchase a Trimble R2 GPS unit and authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to execute the necessary documents and undertake such action to effectuate same.

C. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (Planning, Zoning, Health, Building, Environment, and Transportation) Chr. Golembiewski, Sheridan, Lima

1. Motion to Approve Proposal #2020-0517 from M&J Asphalt Paving Company Inc. in the Amount of Not to Exceed $3,500.00 to Crackseal, Sealcoat, and Restripe the Community Development and Community Center Parking Lot, and Authorize the Officers and Officials of the Village to Execute the Necessary Documents and Undertake Such Action to Effectuate Same.

2. An Ordinance Amending Chapter 154 of Title XV of the New Millennium Code of the Village of Schiller Park, Cook County, Illinois, Regarding Various Text Amendments to the Sign Code.

D. PUBLIC SAFETY (Police, Fire, Emergency Management, 911, and EMS) Chr. Deegan, Klug, Diaz

1. A Resolution Authorizing the Disposition of Certain Property (Police).

2. A Resolution Authorizing the Disposition of Certain Abandoned Property.
