1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, Attorney Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on February 19, 2020.

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for February 16, 2020 – February 29, 2020

A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
B. Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees Approve a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Purchase of a Vehicle for the Proviso Township Transportation Department.
