Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Burr Ridge in Cook County rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $511,500 - a 1.8% increase over the $502,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Burr Ridge in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,678, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
