La Grange home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in La Grange rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $471,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in La Grange in July 2018.

The median sales tax in La Grange for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,516, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
