Riverside home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Riverside rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $358,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Riverside in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,647, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
