Hillside home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Hillside rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 16.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hillside in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Hillside for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,348, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
