Franklin Park home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Franklin Park rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Franklin Park in July 2018.
