Northlake home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Northlake rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Northlake in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Northlake for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,681, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
