City of Northlake Youth Commission met Nov. 13.

MINUTES OF THE October 23, 2019 MEETING:
The minutes of the October 23, 2019 meeting were read. A motion was made by John to accept the minutes. Mauricio seconded the motion. All were in favor.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. KIDS' Thanksgiving Craft Night - 11/13/19 - We had 15 variety of crafts for kids to choose from. We raffled off some prizes. We had a total of 18 kids and 11 adults
2. Winterfest - 12/7/19 - We are meeting at 10am to set up and our portion will go until 1pm.
3. Kids Bingo - 1/9/20 - Sheila and John will be getting the prizes for this event.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Search for new commissioner - We are looking to find a new member but will plan on starting the search in January. Mauricio's wife might be a possible candidate.
There was no other business discussed. Mauricio moved for adjournment, seconded by Sheila, All were in favor. Youth Commission Chairperson, Sheila Morgan, adjourned the meeting at 5:48pm.
