Village of Bellwood Plan Commission will meet November 26

Village of Bellwood Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

4. Approval of Minutes

5. Old Business

A. Variances Requests Case # 19-PC 02- For the reduction of required off-street parking. - A variance request since the petitioner is not able to meet the required number of parking spaces that would normally be required on site.

Business name is Moulin Rouge located at 243 Mannheim Road.

B. Vacation of an alley, a consolidation of lots, a map amendment, a conditional use and a variance requests Case # 19-PC 06- for the development of an automobile service station: - A review of the Vacation of an alley. - A consolidation of lots request since the petitioner is not able to develop the land until this procedure takes place. - A map amendment request to change the zoning from I2 general industrial zone to B1 community shopping zone since the petitioner is not able to meet the required zoning for automobile service stations. - A conditional use request for automobile service stations which can be approved as a conditional use only as required in the B1 community shopping zone. - A conditional use request for seasonal outdoor storage throughout all the seasons since outdoor storage is prohibited. - A variance request since the petitioner is not able to meet the required number of parking spaces that would normally be required on site since they need two of the parking spots for seasonal outdoor storage.
