Proviso Township Board met Sept. 18.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski, Attorney Durkin and Lorenzo Webber, Youth Services.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on September 3, 2019.

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for September 1, 2019 – September 15, 2019.

6. ATTORNEY’S REPORT
None

A. Supervisor’s Report – No warrants. Reviewed report from Transportation.
B. Clerk’s Report – None
C. Trustee’s Report – Trustee Thomas had a correction to the census meetings. The census meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of the month, not the 2nd Thursday. The meetings will be held in the Town Hall at 4565 Harrison, Hillside, IL.
D. Elected Officials Report – None
E. Staff Report – Lorenzo Webber thanked everyone for the routes. Proviso Idol has 2 auditions scheduled for September 21 and October 19, 2019.
9. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration to approve specific personnel matters requiring board action.
10. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
None
11. ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Herrell moved seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
