Franklin Park home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Franklin Park fell by $9,750 while total sales increased by 28.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $210,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Franklin Park in the second quarter of 2018.
