Mike Plumbtree of Balmoral Ave has come up to speak regarding an incident involving the police and fire department at his house.
Sharon who lives on Hull came up to speak out about the Westchester gardens on Westchester Blvd.
Lou Yolan came up to discuss the fact that he has paid for rubbish on a 4 unit building in which he is requesting a refund.
Amy from 1014 Portsmouth came up regarding a dog problem on her block where a home has 7 dogs.
Tracy Jennings came up to ask about code enforcement related issues.
Gemini requested to be placed on the next COW meeting regarding the opening of a gun store.
Josh Niemiera from Ravenwoods Events to come up and provide an update about the event planning for this summer.
Betty Rous came up regarding the chicken ordinance on the agenda.
Mr. Louis Garcia from Becket spoke regarding the chicken issue he is having with his neighbor.

8) Manager’s Report
Greg Hribal advised that the Westchester Blvd gardens will be completed shortly, as soon as the sod is obtained. He advised that Kane McKenna was scheduled to come out and discuss the TIF study with staff on Friday. The auditing firm RSM will be present at our next board meeting to discuss the recently completed audit. Also RMS which has a three year agreement with the village is requesting consideration to continue their services for the upcoming year end audit. The tree maintenance contract will be brought forward at the next meeting. Greg Hribal advised that only one bid was received for this years concrete work and would be brought forward for acceptance of the board. Greg Hribal met with Gallagher Asphalt regarding the roadwork plans and discussed their process.
David Gonzales advised that GW provided the board with the April 2019 financials and provided a synopsis of the report.

Trustee Calcagno announced honors that Proviso West has recently received.
Chief Adams advised that first responders utilized Proviso West as an emergency pharmaceutical distribution center used for testing.
Trustee Kuratko asked about putting together a finance committee.
