The Village Board of the Village of Bellwood conducted a board meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Board Room at 3200 Washington Boulevard, Bellwood, IL 60104-1984 for the purposes of considering the following agenda:

iii Item B - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a recommendation pertaining to the request for the construction of parking pad in the rear yard, the result of which will cause the yard coverage to exceed the permitted coverage allowed by village code, specifically, the Petitioner’s request will cause the yard coverage to exceed the permitted yard coverage of 40% as set forth in and described in case number 19 ZBA 04,

iv Item F - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has made a recommendation pertaining to the request for the construction of parking pad in the rear yard, the result of which will cause the yard coverage to exceed the permitted coverage allowed by village code, specifically, the Petitioner’s request will cause the yard coverage to exceed the permitted yard coverage of 40% as set forth in and described in case number 19 ZBA 05,
