The youngest parolee was a 28-year-old female sentenced for a financial crime or fraud in 2018, and the oldest was a 62-year-old male sentenced for a property crime in 2009.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Juan Figueroa. Figueroa was sentenced to 25 years in prison for homicide in 1996 when he was 25 years old. He is now 48.
