City of Northlake issued the following announcement on June 11.
The Westbound lanes (only) on North Ave. will be closed on Friday, June 14th from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to erect a bridge at this location. If the work is not completed by Saturday morning or weather becomes a factor, there is a possibility that this same closure will occur on Saturday night and/or Sunday night. Please refer to the posted detour signs for alternate routes.
