Illinois General Assembly: HB3320 actions on May 17

The following actions were taken on May 17 in the House on House bill HB3320 ("dental service plan exemption"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Jaime M. Andrade, Jr. (D-40) on Feb. 15, "amends the Third Party Administrators Article of the Illinois Insurance Code" and "excludes a dental service plan regulated by the Code from the definition of "administrator"," according to the General Assembly website.

The following senator co-sponsored the bill: Laura Ellman (D-21).

The following house representative also co-sponsored the bill: Elizabeth Hernandez (D-24).
