Hillside home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Hillside rose by $38,750 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 33.6% increase over the $115,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hillside in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Hillside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,251, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
