La Grange home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in La Grange rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 21 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in La Grange in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in La Grange for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,393, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
