Riverside home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Riverside rose by $103,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $366,000 - a 39.4% increase over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Riverside in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,563, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
