Hinsdale (Cook County) home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Hinsdale in Cook County rose by $206,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $839,500 - a 32.6% increase over the $633,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hinsdale in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hinsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $15,765, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
