Riverside home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Riverside fell by $88,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 23.5% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Riverside in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,563, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
