River Forest home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in River Forest rose by $75,750 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 20% increase over the $379,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in River Forest in January 2017.
