La Grange Highlands home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in La Grange Highlands fell by $27,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,250 - a 8.2% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in La Grange Highlands in July 2016.

The median sales tax in La Grange Highlands for 2017 was $5,760. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,151. This marks an increase of 11.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
