Riverside home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Riverside rose by $3,250 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,250 - a 0.7% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Riverside in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Riverside for 2017 was $9,563. In 2016, the median sales tax was $9,060. This marks an increase of 5.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
