Northlake home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Northlake fell by $15,600 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,400 - a 11.1% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Northlake in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Northlake for 2017 was $4,756. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,876. This marks an decrease of 2.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.8%.
