Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 28.
Have FUN exploring Afro-Brazilian songs, dances, games and folklore!
The program opens with a creation story starring the African instrument Kalimba (Thumb piano), followed by a week of games, dances, percussion and rhythms, singing and exposure to Brazilian and African culture. August 2nd there will be a performance and celebration!

Ages: 8 – 13
Price: $170.00 per child
(Price includes light snack, materials, and a final performance)
