La Grange Highlands home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in La Grange Highlands fell by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,750 - a 19.3% decrease over the $342,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in La Grange Highlands in the second half of 2017.
