1. Motion to approve purchase of 2019 4-Ton Falcon Asphalt Recycler and Hot Box Trailer in the amount of $32,811.00 from Midwest Paving Equipment Inc., 757 Du Page Blvd., Suite 2387, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. The purchase has been budgeted in the Equipment Replacement Fund.
2. Motion to approve payment of $297,406.70 to Cerniglia Co.,3421 Lake Street, Melrose Park, IL 60162, for work performed on the Water Main Replacement Project for Lee Boulevard and Darmstadt Road.
3. Motion to award contract in the amount of $32,570.00 to Langos Corp., 124 Deepwood Road, Barrington Hills, IL 60010 for the demolition of 301 Oakridge Avenue. Four contractors were solicited for bids and Langos Corp. was the only submitted bid.

1. Motion to approve Fire Chief Pilz to attend Fire Service Legislative Day, April 10, 2019, in Springfield, at a cost of $328.94.
2. Community Awareness Meeting is Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room.
D. Zoning Committee: (Trustee Lomeli)
1. Reminder: Zoning Board to conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in the Board Room of the Hillside Municipal Complex, 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL, to consider a petition submitted by Jerry Shea, 4302 Warren Avenue, Hillside, Illinois, on the consideration for a Variation in M-1 Zoning District, to create indoor storage, reducing front yard requirements by 8 feet, reduce rear yard requirements by 13.8 feet (matches existing), and reduce west side yard requirements by 15 feet, at 4302 Warren Avenue, Hillside, IL, 60162.
2. Zoning Board to conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in the Board Room of the Hillside Municipal Complex, 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL, to consider a petition submitted by Arete Design Studio, Ltd./Charles E. Smith, Jr., as agent to buyer, Experior Logistics, 13543 W. 185th Street, Mokena, IL 60448, on the consideration for a Special Use in B-2 Zoning District, for the sale of trucks and trailers at 101 N. Wolf Road, Hillside, IL 60162.

1. Motion to approve renewal of license agreement between the Village of Hillside and Norcomm, 395 W. Lake Street, Elmhurst, IL 60126, for wireless transceivers and alarm monitoring services, and authorizing Village Administrator to sign and execute same.
2. Motion to approve renewal of MSI contract with Harris Computer Systems, P.O. Box 74007258, Chicago, IL 60674, for the amount of $11,709.81. This is an increase of $557.59 from 2018.
3. Motion to approve annual service contract (May 15, 2019 to May 14, 2020) with Vertiv, 875 Busch Parkway, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089, in the amount of $12,400.00, for UPS System, and authorizing Village Administrator to sign and execute same. The maintenance contract is an increase of $590.00 from last year.
F. Community Services Committee: (Trustee Farries)
1. There will be a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day for residents on Saturday, April 13, 2019. The event will be held at the Brookfield Zoo, North Parking Lot from 8am until 3pm. The event is being sponsored by the Brookfield Zoo, Illinois EPA, and the MWRD.

1. Motion to approve Resolution 19-03, requesting funds from Cook County through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Program Year 2019 in the amount of $400,000.00 for the Hillside Municipal Complex Project, (gymnasium portion) and authorizing Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute same.
B. Public Safety and Education Committee: (Trustee Watson)
1. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-06 amending Sec. 90-138, School Speed Zones, establishing a school speed zone on Wolf Road and Harrison Street, covering both Hillside School and Proviso West High School, and authorizing Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute same.
2. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-07 amending Sec. 90-137, Speed Limitation on Specified Streets, limiting the speed limit on Harrison Street from Roosevelt Road to Wolf Road to 30 mph, and authorizing Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute same.
3. Motion to approve Ordinance 19-08, Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Village of Hillside and the Village of Berkeley, providing for prisoner detention services, and authorizing Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute same.
