The campaign committee of member candidate Jeffrey R Tobolski, Friends of Jeffrey Tobolski, returned a $2,250 contribution from Roy Strom Refuse Removal Service, Inc. on Oct. 30, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Roy Strom Refuse Removal Service, Inc. has not made any other contributions to Jeffrey R Tobolski in the past 12 months.
