How did Jason Bianco spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Jason Bianco's election campaign committee, Voter's Improvement Party, spent $7,489 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bianco's committee spent the most on fundraisers in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,337) going to Miller's Ale House in North Riverside. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bianco's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
