How did David Navarro spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic David Navarro's election campaign committee, Citizens for David Navarro, spent $13,946 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Navarro's committee spent the most on campaign event in the quarter, with 47.8% of this total ($2,470) going to Petterinos in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Navarro's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
