How did Jason Bianco spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Jason Bianco's election campaign committee, Voter's Improvement Party, spent $9,860 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bianco's committee spent the most on election party in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,000) going to Villge Pub in North Riversie. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bianco's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
