How did Tim Kapolnek spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Non partisan Tim Kapolnek's election campaign committee, Village Improvement Pary, spent $5,851 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kapolnek's committee spent the most on legal fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Ancel Glink Law Firm in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kapolnek's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
