How did Peter N Silvestri spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Peter N Silvestri's election campaign committee, Silvestri for Cook County Commissioner, spent $22,548 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Silvestri's committee spent the most on fundraising expense-golf outing in the quarter, with all those payments ($13,386) going to Catering with Elegance in Bloomingdale. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Silvestri's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
