Democratic Robert J Lovero's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Robert J Lovero, spent $57,440 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lovero's committee spent the most on stipends in the quarter, with 39.6% of this total ($4,992) going to Bettina Hernandez in Gurnee. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lovero's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
