How did Jason Bianco spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Jason Bianco's election campaign committee, Voter's Improvement Party, spent $2,748 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bianco's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 79% of this total ($1,500) going to Friends of Jeffrey Tobolski in Lagrange. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bianco's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
