Q4 real estate sales report: La Grange Highlands

Median prices declined in La Grange Highlands over last year, and are up 10.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 8 homes sold in La Grange Highlands for a median price of $263,750. That's 36.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
