Q3 real estate sales report: Broadview

Median prices rose in Broadview over last year, and are up 113.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 26 homes sold in Broadview for a median price of $199,750. That's 15.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
